Cheryl Eubanks, Audiology Coordinator is the other half of “the Cheryls”. Cheryl Eubanks is the welcoming voice for Nashville ENT Audiology when you call our office and the warm smile when you enter our clinic. If there is a patient need, she is dedicated to meeting that need. Cheryl Eubanks will make your appointments as well as determine solutions for many problems or find the person who can fix your problem. She also works very closely with the staff at Nashville ENT and St. Thomas Medical Group.
Debbie HoganAdministrative Staff
Debbie is our newest addition to the staff. Debbie has taken many of the administrative tasks off of the audiologists’ desks so that we can have more time to spend with our patients. Debbie will check insurance benefits, manage records, organize marketing and seek prior authorization for our insurance needs. She is now the contact person for our cochlear implant recipients when there are trouble-shooting issues, repair questions or upgrade needs.
Cheryl KiretaAudiology Technician
Cheryl Kireta is Nashville ENT Audiology’s Audiology Technician. After years of medical practice management, Cheryl decided that her move to Nashville was a good opportunity to get back to the patients. We were lucky that she decided to join us! Her care and dedication for our patients is evident to everyone. Cheryl makes the Audiologists’ jobs easier by helping our patients with hearing aid cleanings, repairs, appointments for hearing aid programming and insurance issues. Troubleshooting is her specialty! Her laugh is her trademark!
Jennifer Clarke, Au.D.Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Clarke completed her Doctorate of Audiology from Gallaudet University in May 2013. She is licensed by the State of Tennessee’s Department of Communication Disorders to practice Audiology, and has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. Dr. Clark’s interests include diagnostic audiology, tinnitus treatment, and hearing aid services.
Erin Kelley, Au.D, CCC-ADoctor of Audiology, Director
Dr. Kelley completed her Doctorate of Audiology from Northwestern University. She joined Nashville ENT Audiology in 2015 for her doctoral residency and is now a staff clinical and rehabilitative audiologist. Dr. Kelley specializes in diagnostic audiology, tinnitus treatment, hearing loss treatment with the use of hearing aids and dizzy evaluations. She is licensed to practice Audiology in Tennessee and has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association.
Sarah Lankford, Au.D, CCC-ADoctor of Audiology
Dr. Lankford completed her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee-Memphis Allied Health Science Center. Dr. Lankford completed a five week internship with Nashville ENT Audiology in the summer of 2014 and returned to complete her doctoral residency in 2015-2016. After completion of her doctoral degree, she joined the staff as a clinical and rehabilitative audiologist . She is licensed to practice Audiology in Tennessee and has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Lankford’s interests in Audiology include diagnostic audiology and the treatment of hearing loss with hearing aids, Cochlear implants and ossiointegrated devices.
Nancy Morgan, Au.D, CCC-ADoctor of Audiology, Director
Nancy Morgan is our director of audiology. Dr. Morgan received her Doctorate of Audiology from Vanderbilt University. She specializes in adult diagnostic and hearing aid services. In addition to hearing aid devices, she also administers evaluations for cochlear implants and osseointegrated devices. Dr. Morgan is licensed by the State of Tennessee’s Department of Communications Disorders to practice Audiology, she has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association, and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
