Donna Schwaber, Au.D, CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Donna Schwaber, Au.D. is our Director of Audiology. She received a Masters of Audiology from Auburn University, completed doctoral courses at Vanderbilt University and earned her Doctor of Audiology from the Audiology School of Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She has been with Nashville Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic since our beginning in 1996 and is proud of the quality of services we offer for our patients with hearing and balance problems.

Dr. Schwaber's professional interests include cochlear implant candidacy, mapping and rehabilitation as well as vestibular and auditory processing disorders. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the League for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Nashville, TN. She is a member of American Academy of Audiology, American Auditory Society, Tennessee Association of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists, Tennessee Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Schwaber is licensed to practice Audiology in the State of Tennessee and she holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency through American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.





Amanda Jones, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr.Jones is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2001. She was awarded her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Louisville in 2005.

Following completion of a year-long externship, Dr. Jones continued at Nashville Ear, Nose, & Throat Clinic as a clinical audiologist. She has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, & Hearing Association and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Amanda specializes in Diagnostic Audiology and Vestibular Testing as well has hearing aids and tinnitus treatment.





Kate McArthur, Au.D, CCC-A, F-AAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr.McArthur is a clinical audiologist at Nashville Ear, Nose & Throat. She performs diagnostic testing for both hearing and balance disorders, and is educated in the treatment of hearing loss including hearing aids and cochlear implants. She has been with Nashville Ear, Nose & Throat since January 2004.

Dr.McArthur received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001. She earned her Master of Science for Audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002. She completed her Clinical Fellowship in Nashville, TN at the Vanderbilt University Department of Veteran’s Affairs in 2003 and shortly afterward began working in the field of clinical audiology. She received her Doctoral Degree in Audiology at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2006.

Dr. McArthur is a member of American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, American Academy of Audiology, and Tennessee Speech and Hearing Association. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice Audiology in the state of Tennessee.





Francie Young Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Young is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor of Science Education in 1999. She was awarded her Master of Communication Disorders in Audiology from Auburn University in 2002. She received her Doctor of Audiology from the Audiology School of Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2006.

Dr. Young completed her Clinical Fellowship Year at the Tennessee Valley Veteran's Affairs hospital in Nashville, TN while working on a research grant involving the effects of ototoxic medications on the auditory system. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Young's areas of specialization include diagnostic audiology, vestibular testing and hearing aid evaluation and dispensing.




Haley Noble, Au.D. Intern
Doctor of Audiology Intern
Haley graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commnicative Disorders. She is currently enrolled at Auburn University's Doctor of Audiology program and is completing her fourth year residency at Nashville Ear, Nose and Throat Audiology.






Shanon Kusch, M.S., CCC-A, FAAA

Shanon Kusch is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor of Arts in communication disorders in 1981. She was awarded her Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1982.

Shanon completed her clinical fellowship in Oklahoma city working for a large ENT practice at Mercy Hospital and earned her certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from The American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. She joined this practice in October of 2001.

Shanon is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and specializes in Diagnostic Audiology, Pediatric Testing and Vestibular Testing.




Ellen K. Eagon, M.A., CCC-A
Audiologist
A part-time Audiologist with Nashville ENT, Ellen Eagon is involved primarily in the selection and fitting of hearing aids. She holds a Master’s degree in Audiology from Western Michigan University, holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, as well as Tennessee state licensure to dispense hearing aids.

Prior to joining Nashville ENT, Ellen’s work experience includes a variety of clinical settings providing diagnostics as well as complete hearing aid services. Her primary interest areas and emphasis are patient counseling and hearing aid recommendations and fittings. Her work history also includes sales/training positions with two major hearing aid manufacturers. Additionally, she has also held positions as the Director of Audiology in a non-profit hearing and speech center, and at Michigan State University as a clinical supervisor and instructor of graduate Audiology students. She regularly attends workshops and trainings to keep current on new technologies and hearing aid fitting strategies.

Outside interests include reading, travel, tennis, skiing, hiking and spending time with her husband and two small children.
